Ancestry DNA matches - problem scrolling

Hi Chatters,
I had my DNA done through Ancestry and have been attempting to work on some matches they have given me.
Upon going to All Matches and then looking at a few with a common ancestor the screen freezes and I am unable to do anything else, no scrolling down and have to go back to the main page to start again.
Is it me, my computer or Ancestry?

It sometimes freezes but I think it might possibly be a browser issue. Have you tried a range of browsers?  Firefox seems to work best.

Yes I do use firefox as my tech guy encouraged me to use it.
Will check to make sure that is happening.

It happened quite often a few months ago when they stopped showing some of the lower cM matches. Many of us went through marking them so that we'd not lose them.
Did it by any chance give a message or did it just hang?

No, no message...just hung there.

It's Ancestry.  I use Firefox and it started happening recently.  Pressing F5 to refresh the screen usually fixes it.

You would think they could get it right, considering the money everyone pays.
