I don't know where second name of Ellen has come from - baptism, marriage, census and death all show her as just Mary. Also, her father is not the David bur.1854 South Benfleet - this person was only aged 24!.
Mary and her 4 siblings were all baptised at Ramsey, Essex (1851 census shows her brothers William and Philip both born Ramsey).
The spelling of surname more often than not is transcribed as Montel rather than Moutel plus various other versions.
David Montel's wife was named Sarah and children baptised at Ramsey were:
William b.25/7/1818, bp.27/10/1822
Mary b.21/3/1821, bp. ditto
Martha bp.24/9/1824
Charlotte bp.14/12/1828
Philip bp.30/9/1832
Family in Dovercourt 1841/1851 - latter states David born Bergholt, Suffolk ca.1789.
David buried Dovercourt 15/4/1858 (bc.1787).
Suspect wife Sarah buried before 1841 at Ramsey but Ramsey burials not available online.
Can't see an obvious marriage between David and Sarah but found his baptism:
David Moutell b.22/7/1787, bp.12/8/1787 East Bergholt, Suffolk, son of William and Mary (nee Bines).
