Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for relatives of Pvt A Harper - Monmouthshire Regiment - 230384 -  Buried Ebbw Vale Cemetery. Died 17/11/1918

Son of Henry and Rose Hannah Harper, of Ebbw Vale

The private memorial marking the grave of Pvt Harper no longer provides adequate commemoration. The commission are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.
