Jacob Leak/Leake was born about 1785-1790 in Ireland and died in 1837 in Ramsay Township, Lanark County, Ontario.  His birth date is an estimate based on the fact that he had 3 children born between about 1811 and 1815.  In Canada, they attended the Church of England so I suspect they attended the Church of Ireland in Ireland.
I have found 2 Tithe Applotment records which I believe to be his:

Family history reports that he immigrated to Ramsay Township, Lanark County, Ontario sometime in the late 1820’s or early 1830’s with his 3 small children Henrietta born about 1811, Margaret born about 1807-1812 and Peter born about 1815.  His wife did not accompany him and we believe that she died in Ireland.
According to the Ramsay township papers he was granted the land on N/E ½, Lot 4 Conc 6 on 21 Dec 1832.

I would like to find out more information about my 4th great grandfather and his family.  Who was his wife and when did she die?  Where is the closest church of Ireland to Clomantagh St. George townland which the family might have attended.

I have searched extensively for decades for this family and do not have any more information than this.  The did settle in an Lanark County, Ontario where many of my other ancestors settled so I suspect that his wife is related to one of those families.   Any assistance or suggestions you may have for me will be greatly appreciated.
