Boo, perhaps there is another sofa somewhere, or an old cupboard in a vestry, that holds the missing parish register/s for St Augustine, Kirby/Kirkby in Cleveland (Jan 1707 to March 1731).... (sigh) If only we could have a good old firkle down the back.
The LDS managed to get this info from somewhere:
a marriage at K in C for Thomas Williamson & Elizabeth Peart 10 June 1710
a baptism at K in C for Sarah Williamson 27 May 1711 dau of Thomas
these don't appear anywhere else.
The North Yorkshire County Record Office have confirmed that the register covering that period is missing, presumed lost long ago.
