« on: Monday 15 February 21 19:08 GMT (UK) »
In 1901 Emma Collop lived in Impington with her husband William [54] and two children, Sarah [21] & Percy [16].
1n 1871, 1881 & 1891 the family were living in Holywell cum Needingworth (near St Ives Hunts)
William and Emma had seven children Fred George [1869], Joseph [1872], Arthur [1875], Henry [1878], SArah [1881], Ada [1883] and Percy 1886].
The GRO has all the children's mother's maiden name as SMITH

In 1861 Emma Smith [18] is living 2 Mount Street Hanover Square London Occ. Servant.
(born Needingworth).

In 1851 Emma Smith is living Holywell cum Needingworth with her parents William & Sarah.

Can anyone see the marriage between William Collop and Emma Smith?

I found a 1867 marriage - William Cowley & Emma Smith - St Geo Hanover Square London ???

Cannot find a marriage I'm afraid - looks like they lived as man and wife without benefit of clergy!
