It says on Scotland people certificates not available
That's only temporary, during the coronavirus pandemic, and it only affects certificates after the cut-off dates (100 years for births, 75 years for marriages, 50 years for deaths).
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

I don't think so. I think that Albert Edwardson is the son of Thomas Edwardson.

Albert Edwardson married Robina McIntyre in Gorbals in 1919. That marriage certificate is available to download on Scotland's People.

Helen Burns Edwardson was born in 1919 in Greenock. That birth certificate is also available to download.

Albert Edwardson was born in Greenock in 1897. That birth certificate is also available to download.

In the 1901 census there's a family in Greenock consisting of Thomas O Edwardson, 44, ship rigger, born Norway;  wife Mary, 35; sons William, 18; Edward, 12; Otto, 7; Albert, 4. You can download the original census from Scotland's People.

Thomas Otto Edwardson, aged 79, died in Greenock in 1934. His death certificate should tell you the names of his parents including his mother's maiden surname.

Thomas Otto Edwardson was married in Glasgow in 1880 to Helen Burns.
