If someone could help and sharpen up the inscription on this tombstone, I'd much appreciate the help. I'm beginning to wonder if my great-great-grandmother raised her younger siblings as her own children, as the dates I have don't match up!

Do you know of a program I can put a larger/higher MB file into to see if I can improve the clarity myself? Any advice appreciated.

Not enough detail in the image. If all the people on here don't have the equipment to do the job then you have little hope of doing it yourself.
