John PERRY Will

I would appreciate some guidance please to access the will of John PERRY who died on the 9th December, 1859 and who had probate granted on 21st February, 1861 to his son George PERRY of Haselbury-Plucknett.  Very happy to share if anyone else is interested in this family.  Regards, Jennifer

This is the page that shows John's probate record.  You can order wills from the probate service.  You will need to register and then fill in the details in the boxes on the right.  Don't worry too much about a Folio number, it may be 113 but I'm not sure.

Bookbox, what happens if there is no folio number mentioned?  It was the only one on the page that had a number.

They don't all need folio numbers, but if one is there it should be included.

I'm not sure how far you have gone back with the Perrys but I looked at a couple of Trees that dont have much.

FreeREG has a 29 Oct 1816 Marriage Martock for John PERRY of Hazelbury to Hannah SQUIRE.

Also on there Bapts to them Haselbury;
George 1819
Mary 1821
Hannah Sophia 1823
Jane 1826 buried 1830 age 4
On all Johns occp is a Carrier
