i believe she married Benjamin Mainwaring but i don't know anything about her parents or brothers or sisters, if you could help would be grateful.

I think the best thing to do would be to start new posts, requesting a marriage look up for Phoebe, which would give you her Father's name and a birth look up which should show both parent's names.  Unfortunately I only go back as far as 1861 but I'm sure there's someone who can help.
