Parents were mercy Elizabeth breese and David Clifford breese both born Stourbridge x

He could still be alive?

In which case, you will need to remove his name.
RootsChat guidelines don't permit the naming of living, or potentially living, people.

Have you located him on the 1939 register, if he is redacted then as KG says maybe still alive
