Sad entry in burial register

I've been searching through an online burial register for the 1980's.

Sadly there are several entries for stillborn babies, but one particularly sad entry stated "unborn fetus of" then it gives what I assume is the name of the mother.  :'(
Dinsdale, Ellis, Gee, Goldsmith,Green,Hawks,Holmes,  Lacey, Longhorn, Pickersgill, Quantrill,Tuthill, Tuttle & Walker,  in E & W Yorks, Lincs, Norfolk & Suffolk. Census information is Crown Copyright from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

I walked through a graveyard next to the JR hospital in Oxford a few days ago. There is a whole section for stillborn babies, with just the one date on the memorials. One gravestone which particularly stood out was in the shape of a broken heart, very much like the picture on this wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broken_heart (but it wasn't painted red!)
