Dear Sandra,
I tried yesterday to thank you for your invaluable help but I have never sent a PM before
and when I pressed send it said something about being full up.
Edward was one of my great grandfathers 8 children and the only one I couldn't find. The
only way I found about him was from his siblings / Half siblings obituaries and honestly your help
has taken my knowledge of him to a whole new level so thank you again.
My problem is that it seems if I come away from a page I lose it. I can't find hardly any of
the posts or their replies. I must have my account set up wrong but I don't remember changing
   anything.
I would never be rude to anyone and I apologise if you think I was.
I will check to see if I can sort out my account and then ask a question and if nothing
changes I will stop using Rootschat as the last thing I want to do is offend anyone.

Thank you again for your help and please take care in these troubled times,

                         Kind regards - Keith Davies

Thank you for your reply Keith, much appreciated.  Research in Canada can be quite challenging because of privacy laws but you were lucky we could find the information for your family.

It is always best to acknowledge on the thread you post rather than by pm, then everyone can see you are acknowledging.

There shouldn't be a problem at finding anything, it should always be on the board you have decided to post it on.  If anything was moved, then you would receive a notification but that is most unlikely if you are posting in the right counties or countries.

If you are in difficulties there is always someone on hand to point you in a direction.

Take Care
Stay Safe
Sandra  :)

Greetings Nice People,

Just to say thank you to Don and aghadowey for your input with regard to my
Canadian Ballet Dancer. It looks like she may have come to UK as an independent.
It has been pointed out to me rightly that the lady could still be alive so i
withdrawn/replaced my question and Sandra has solved that problem for me.
Thanks again Nice People - Take care - Keith
