Help to locate two address in Prestatyn

I need some help to locate the following two locations in Prestatyn:

Mount House, Brynnia, and
Peacehaven, off Ray Avenue

These are mentioned in a will where the testator (testatrix?), Ellen Northover,  mentions shares in each property, so I'm curious as to where they were in the town and what type of properties they may have been. The will is dated 1948. Ellen's husband, Sidney William Theodore Adolphus Northover, successfully contested the will when Ellen died. The will contained a clause effectively disinheriting her husband if he should re-marry ( which he did, twice ) in favour of her sister. However, Sidney argued that the clause was added after the will was executed, and the judge agreed.

I've tried searching online for the addresses, but have been unable to discover anything about them so I'm hoping someone with some local knowledge may be able to help.

If you have access to the 1939 register you could browse along Ray Avenue & see if the house name appears. It sounds as though the houses were let out so you wont be able to search by person's name.

I'm just wondering about Ray Avenue.I don't see it on any of the maps. There is a Roy Avenue though

Thanks, Gadget, Mount House seems to match. The two witnesses to the will lived in Meliden just a stone's throw away.

I thnk Kevin's Ffordd Penrhwylfa is correct. It's not far from Roy Avenue on an old listing.
