I am researching my F Tree and have come across a Miscally ancestor from Wigtown Scotland born in 1741."Can anyone please advise me on the origins of this Surname?". I assume it is Scottish , although it could be Irish ? I have no idea. Once i confirm the origins then i can trace the lineage hopefully . I appreciate any help here and thank you.
