Paddock Drive and Pulford Road Leighton Buzzard 1975

I'm looking for some local knowledge please as to where these roads are/were.

I have a will written in March 1975 where address of the executor, who is the nephew of the testator, lives at The Paddocks, Pulford Road Leighton Buzzard.

I can find a Pulford Road but no mention of The Paddocks so think it may no longer exist. It sounds like it could have been a substantial house or in substantial grounds.

The witnesses both live at addresses in Paddock Drive, Leighton Buzzard which sounds like it might be the road leading up to The Paddocks.

Does anyone know where these are/were?

(I shan't name any names as these people could still be alive).

Thanks, if I look for sold prices in Pulford Road only four properties, not including The Paddocks, show which suggests it hasn't been sold since 1995 or earlier.

It is in Band G for council tax  ;D

Just to the left of the house is a small driveway entrance.....it leads round to what used to be a garage business when my husband worked there 25 years ago. The owner kept his fantastic steam engine there and they used to take it up the high street it set of the shop alarms.

This small drive I think had a house in maybe two so could be Paddocks drive.

The only other Paddocks is The Paddocks in Linslade.
