Litherland family Warrington

Hi Everyone doing some research for two friends that grew up together in Warrington both last name Litherland who would like to see if they are related.
Found someone who is related to one of them on here common ancestors Richard & Lilian Beatrice Litherland née Hunt. Circa 1888. Post was Hunt Warrington look up but was in 2015. Have sent message but their post was a while ago. They also have a tree on ancestry. Looking for Richards father as say they had marriage certificate any help doing this appreciated.

Hi Carole sent pm message to her but with the post being awhile ago not to hopeful of reply. Was hoping someone could find on ancestry as I’m on MyHeritage & can’t see information. I Just  google & they even have photo of Richard & Lilian.

A family tree has his parents as Joseph Litherland and Sarah Ellen Dutton but I don't see a copy of the marriage certificate to confirm this for you.  There are photos on there.

We now know Joseph was Richards father & have Richard born 1889 mother’s maiden name Dutton. Christening St Paul’s 1859 parents Joseph & Sarah Ellen abode 50 Lovely Lane.
Have Richard on 1891 census 50 lovely Lane Warrington parents Joseph & Sarah Ellen.
Richard’s marriage confirmed by cert

Joseph Litherland Sarah Ellen Dutton married St Paul’s 1885
Joseph 30 yrs batchelor, Labourer, Lovely Lane father Richard Litherland Labourer.
Sarah Ellen 19 yrs spinster, Lovely Lane father Joseph Dutton Labourer.
Witness Sibill Dutton, Peter Marsh.
This marriage also confirmed by cert.
