Hello Trish, thankyou! I think this is the correct marriage record as Joseph and Mary’s first registered child is Sarah Birkett born 1806. That is, unless there is a different marriage in that year. Does the marriage record you found happen to contain any other information about Joseph and Mary? I tried looking for a Mary Birkett in several 1851 census and I have a few possibilities. If not, thankyou for all of your help :)
