Well I never. I know Colyton very well, ;D I was born in the village of Whitford in 1954 not far from Colyton, but I have never heard of that place Rawkerayne.

I believe yours is a very old spelling.  Currently Rockerhayne.
It is interesting how many parishes and farms end with Hayne in this area.

I know of a Doatshayne Lane Musbury not far from Whitford, Madian Hayne Lane and Maiden Hayne Farm all around Whitford and Musbury. 

I'm sure it is an old spelling as it's from an old document.

If Whitford is Northeast of Colyton, Rockerhayne Cross/Farm is Northwest above the Offwell Brook.
if your use BING maps you get a drop-down menu, rather than the ROAD map, goto ORDNANCE SURVEY.
There are also older 6 inch maps available at https://maps.nls.uk/ but the website is a bit difficult to navigate till you get used to it.
