Hannah Elizabeth Arms 1824-1905
« on: Tuesday 13 April 21 13:55 BST (UK) »
I am looking for any information that I might have missed at all please on my 4x Great grandmother Hannah. I have an exact date down for her birth which is 22 Jan 1824. I am not sure where I got this information from and feel like I have neglected her side for long enough. I am now keen on trying to find as much other information I have on her.

She was the daughter of "James and Rebecca". Some people on Ancestry have the maiden name Wildman, however, I have followed Ancestry trees before which they just copy information from one another without checking for facts. I cannot see where they happen to get the maiden name from.
Hannah had a sister, Caroline Arms in about 1824.

She married James Salisbury in 1849 in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. 1 year later giving birth to what seems to be their only child Samuel in 1850 in Cranfield, Bedfordshire.
James passed away in 1852, I do not have an exact date or reason for his death.

Hannah then seems to have married Thomas Redmond in 1863 also in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. 1 year later giving birth to their only daughter Ellen R Redmond in 1864 also in Cranfield, Bedfordshire.

I have managed to find her in all the census records which include 1841, 51, 61, 71, 81, 91, and 1901 before her death in 1905.

I was hoping that a National Probate Record might exist in order to get her date of death or newspaper articles to do with her. I have not been able to find anything despite having a subscription to both British National Newspaper Archives and Ancestry.
I would also be keen on finding out any information in relation to a burial. The only records I do fully have of her are the census records and don't know why I have an exact Birthdate.

Many Thanks,
Andrew.

Thank you, Dundee, where would I be able to save the images for these, please?

Thank you too John! Would you be able to point me in the right direction for the image too?

I know it seems like an odd request, I am just trying to print off as many images to go into the 'bible' as much as possible.
Thank you so much once again both of you!

Thank you John,

So I would need to contact them and just give them the file/film number for them to forward me a copy of the scan? Or would it need to be a little bit more detail without the number ect?

Also thank you for finding that newspaper clipping, I believe I have the wrong name as I had it as Redmond not Redman. haha

Thank you once again! It is very much appricated! I can not at least try start looking deeper into their side!

Kindest Regards,
Andrew :)
