Acute pulmonary  oedema  is the immediate emergency.

Acute pulmonary oedema = fluid on the lungs
Acute Ulcerative endocarditis = heart infection
Abscesses in kidney and brain
Tricuspid endocarditis = infection in blood travelled to heart
