Changing the time shown on posts to NZ time

Yes I did look there but thought that what they referred to was the band of beige brown at the top pf the home page that has a suite of tool bars etc. 

Only after reading Arthurk's instructions did I work out that the user name, & the brown lettering there that is found on any page where you have asked or answered a query, linked to the profile &  was what you used. 

Rest assured I did look before asking!
