Burials - Newington
« on: Wednesday 19 May 21 10:38 BST (UK) »
I am looking for where there might be burials in the St Mary Newington/Newington Butts area of Surrey in the period 1800-1850. I have a death on 25th January 1850 of a Mary Trent that I can't find a burial for. I'm also searching for her husband... he would have likely died pre-1841 and was names William or John.

Does anybody have any ideas about where burial were taking place for this area of Surrey at the time?

Many thanks!

Newington and Stoke Newington are different areas of London. Newington is south of the river and would have come under Surrey and Stoke Newington is a part of the borough of Hackney in North London and would have been in Middlesex.

My error Casram, I meant Newington Butts.
