John Shepard married Sara Heagon in 1744 at St Mary, Bury St Edmunds.  Where did you locate his baptism that named his parents

I found  marriages on another tree for John Sheppard and Sarah Heagon both at Bury St Edmonds , one is recorded abt 1741 and the other  in 1745, I do not have a copy of the document.
Can you confirm date of birth for  John Sheppard as 1702 and Sarah 1724?
I found names of William Sheppard and Elizabeth French on same tree on Ancestry again no documentation to confirm.
I hope that makes sense.
Thankjing you.

The National burial index has possible entries for John & Sarah at Bury St Edmunds but none give any indication of their age at death to work out a possible birth year.

I would be very wary of any information on Ancestry trees that is not backed up with evidence.
