Yes Mary Ann is the daughter of Timothy Horan and Hannah Evans.
It is this Timothy who's parents are in question.

Have you found David, or Mary Anne? Are they  his siblings?

This is the result on Gedmatch
I have seen Timothy Horne  Tailor but he and Hannah are bith buried as Horan.
There are records saying his father also Timothy was buried in 1927 in Portsmouth also .
But there are no actual records that I can find.
