Sarah Hewington of Hatfield

I am trying to trace the origins of my ancestor Sarah Hewington, born c.1780. I've listed her movements below.

- 1802. Marries Benjamin Howard at Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Both listed OTP
- 1802-1811. Children born at Hatfield
- 1811-1817. Unknown
- 1817-1820. Two more children born at North Mimms
- 1841 & 1851 Census' - Residing at North Mimms. Date of birth given as 1786 in 1841 and 1790 in 1851. Place of birth is given as Pauls Walden, Bedfordshire (Hertfordshire?), same as Benjamin.
- 1855. Died and buried at North Mimms. Age given as 75

Looking for Hewington's, I have found a few listed at Hatfield but none around the time Sarah would have been born.

Can anyone help me to confirm when and where Sarah may have been born?
