Ok, now I'm completely confused, Cermaes in Angelsey must be the place of birth?  This extract is from a baptism record in Liverpool, England, Church of England Births and Baptisms, 1813-1911 for John James Jones.

Going back to the bigger document, there are several entries which include Mariner George Head, does this refer to an occupation and the ship's name?

I read it that either the child was born in,  or the parents were from,  Cemaes in Anglesey and Thomas was a Mariner. George Head officiated.
