Marriage look up please Sarah Allwood & Robert Gent or Ghent
« on: Friday 18 June 21 09:55 BST (UK) »
Sarah Allwood and Robert Gent or Ghent married in Sheepshed, Leicestershire on 27th December 1819.  Is it possible to see a copy of the certificate or entry to find out the parents of Robert? If so could anyone let me know the parent details and his residence at time of marriage. Many thanks 🙏🏼

Image on findmypast. Both signed with an "x" Witnesses were Edward Ward & Catherine Lester. Pre July 1837 marriages do not show Father's name & occupation.

Thank you John didn’t realise that.  Does it show his age at all? Or where he lived on the copy.  Sorry for all the questions quite new at all this
