Hi Sandra

Matthew's parents were James Sharp Kennedy and Annie Kean Lynch. Matthew's death is records as being on 24 December. Parents' marriage was in 1914 in the Camlachie area of Glasgow. Matthew's birth shows in Camlachie in 1924, so aged 23 at death in 1947.

There is a possible death for father at the age of 43 in 1936 in Shettleston.

Mother Annie I think died in 1976 in Glasgow at the age of 82. Mother's maiden name of King.

In terms of siblings, there was at least a brother, James Sharp Kennedy. He died in 1984 in Cumbernauld at the age of 69. Likely more sibings you would think.

There is a family tree on a/try, for those with access, for the family of James Sharp Kennedy. His parents are given as John Sharp Kennedy and Henrietta Watson Ireland www.ancestry.co.uk/family-tree/person/tree/171842610/person/242227535171/facts

Names might link up to another Camlachie birth, 1923 - John Sharp Kennedy?
