Derbyshire Death look up please

Can someone please help me with finding the death records for my 2x Great Grandparents.

John Thomas Smith born 1837 in Coleorton, Leicestershire.

Elizabeth Smith née Lee  sometimes spelt Lay born 1848 in Brockmoor, Staffordshire.

They were married 04 June 1865 • Kingswinford, Staffordshire.

Residence
1871 • Brockmoor, Staffordshire, England

1881 • Linton, Derbyshire

1891 • Church Gresley, Derbyshire

1901 • Church Gresley, Derbyshire

John died sometime between 1901 and 1911, as Elizabeth was a widow by 1911.

1911 • Swadlincote and Church Gresley, England

This has been a real problem for me. I think that changing county boundaries haven't helped. Neither has the fact that were called Smith 😊
