Photo enlarging

I have a photo where the people are too far away for it to be very clear. Is it possible to enlarge such an image?

It may be possible but the risk is the image becomes pixelated as you enlarge

Definitely worth a try if you want to post it here

There are some new-ish apps that enlarge without pixelation. I think some of the restorers have access so put it up to see.
