1891 occupation

Try this from the 1891 census.  I can read "house" and "coffee" but not much else.  Can anyone decipher it, please?
Godden in East Sussex, mainly Hastings area.
Richards in Lea, Gloucestershire, then London.
Williamson in Leith, Vickers in Nottingham.
Webb in Bildeston and Colchester.
Wesbroom in Kirby le Soken.
Ellington in Harwich.
Park, Palmer, Segar and Peartree in Kersey.

It's Drypool, Sculcoates. (Hull)

Look for Walter Joules aged 0

I *think* it's something Weigh(er/t) ? + Refreshment House

There's a "Sophia" further down the page with a very similar "S" at the start of the word

Newspapers tell me that the first bit is "Sworn Weigher". Charles Joules was a weigher for the Corporation.

1881 - Corn Porter
1891 - Sworne Weigher and Refreshment House
1901 - Corporation Sworn Weigher
1911 - Corporation Sworn Weigher
