Luke Raven/Ravens circa 1745
« on: Wednesday 04 August 21 05:14 BST (UK) »
Attempting to make a family connection.
The will of Sarah Hutcheson 1816 Norwich, maiden name Barber states Luke Raven is her cousin.

The Luke Raven who married Mary Goodall 1762 St Mary Coslany would be her contemporary.

His father appears to be Luke Raven widower who married 2nd Mary Booz widow 1755 at St Mary Coslany.
So was his first wife a sister to Sarah H nee Barber?

Only marriage I can see so far is

5 Nov 1730 Mutford,  Norfolk, to Mary MOLE. (Indexed Moss on one source but looks like Mole to me)

Thanks I have it down with a question mark.

There is a Luke baptized Lowestoft 13 Dec. 1741 of a Luke and Mary also a question mark.

The elder Luke Raven was buried 30 April 1765 at St. Mary Coslany, my goodness I wish he left a will.

My other option is that Mary Booz nee ? is the connection and upon her 2nd marriage the younger Luke Raven becomes her "cousin" by marriage of his mother.
