Hello,

I am hoping to find the parents and any possible siblings of John Alexander, born in Norfolk in 1791. Census records (1851/61) indicate he was born in Ceadon/Leaton in Norfolk, but I can't seem to find places with those names in Norfolk. I have a possible birthdate, 31 August 1791, however I have no further information on this date.

Would greatly appreciate any help with this

Where do you have him living in the 1851/61 census.  Did he marry, if so who did he marry when/where

John Allexander age 68 in 1861 living Westleton
RG09/1179 Folio 61 Page 29

John Allexander age 60 in 1851 HO107/ 1803 f255 p40 also Westleton

I think it says Seaton as John's place of birth in 1861.

I have a possible birthdate, 31 August 1791, however I have no further information on this date.

Where does it come from?
31 Aug 1792 is the birthdate of John Alexander baptized at Topcroft, 23 Sep 1792 (private)
Parents John and Sarah (nee Webb)

Topcroft not so far away from Westleton.
