Burial George Henry EVELEIGH (1845-1879)

I am trying to find the final resting place of George Henry EVELEIGH (1845-1879) – d 09 Aug 1879 @ Camberwell.

I would appreciate any help.

He's on  deceasedonline as being in one of the cemeteries managed by Lambeth Council. You have to pay to find out which and the plot number. Don't bother with a map, I doubt if the ones they sell have any more information than on the free signs on the gate!

The free information says he's buried with 5 others which may mean it's a "common" grave shared with unrelated people and less likely to be marked. If you post the plot details here, or send me a PM, I may be able to assess the situation.
Researching Penge, Anerley, (including the Crystal Palace) and neighbouring parts of Beckenham, currently in London (Bromley), formerly Surrey and/or Kent.

Many thanks for this. I don't know how I missed him. I use Deceased Online and I am sure I searched for him on that site. Just goes to show a different pair of eyes can sometimes reveal what you yourself can't see.

Anyway, many thanks. I have been looking for him for ages. The Plot is 1421 and unconsecrated. Thanks for the offer, but I'm not too bothered about a map as I have no intention of visiting in the near future.

You have sorted out one of my mysteries!

You forgot to say which cemetery and which section.
