I'm looking for any information on Margaret Mowat, born around 1728. She married a Walter Simpson from Wick.

MARGARET MOWAT father THOMAS MOWAT 17/03/1728 Wick

I do not see a marriage for Margaret but I note children in Dunnet from 1749.

How do you know that she was born about 1728?
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
