Charlotte Issit born c1808 in Leicestershire

Can anyone help please with a birth in Leicestershire of Charlotte Issit, born c 1808? I am hoping that her mother is Mary as the two women appear later in Waterstock, Oxfordshire to marry in 1812 and 1835 respectively. Their burials in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire indicate births circa 1785 and 1808 respectively.
There is a will by the son of Mary Issit that called the children of Charlotte Issit his nephews and nieces but I have been unable to find a connection, any help appreciated.

Why do you think they were born Leicestershire when they married in Oxfordshire please?

Unfortunately FS doesn't have a Charlotte in that period for Leicestershire, and I am searching that county for her baptism as she said in 1851 that she was born there.
But I have suspicions that not many Leicestershire events are online.

Who did 'assumed' mother Mary marry, where is she in 1851

Charlotte married William Brooks in 1835 at Waterstock and was buried in 1859 in Ickford, Buckinghamshire, Mary married William Bedding in 1812 at Waterstock and was buried in 1829 at Waterstock, aged 44. Therefore Mary was 27 when she married, and could be a widow, but there is no indication either way in the Oxfordshire index.

PS. Just found the William Bedding marriage image on Ancestry and that doesn't say either way, but the interesting thing is that the bride is transcribed as Mary Sheth, but quite definitely Isset on the image.
I might never find the baptism if it is also as badly mangled in transcription!!

Using the 1851 census and looking at the GRO index, William's mother's mmn is Issett, Lucy's is Sohit, Ann's is Ishit but Harriett's is blank.

On the banns and marriage, the 'ss' looks like the old form of 'fs'

One of the banns has it as Spit.

No sign of a baptism for Charlotte.

When Mary Issitt married William Bedding 1812 the witnesses are Edmund Bedding (brother or father) and Elizabeth Brookes.

When Charlotte Issit married William Brooks 1835, the witness is Lucy Bedding

When Lucy Bedding marries James Vass the witness is Edmund Bedding and Ann Davies.(Lucy Vass nee Bedding is with William Bedding 1841 census)

The Bedding and Brooks families go back further than Charlotte 1835

I would find out who Edmund Bedding is either father or brother to William especially since William named a son Edmund.
Perhaps Mary was a Brooks or a Bedding before becoming an Issit, they certainly were important enough to witness marriages for each family.

I went back to 1736 the name Bedding appears only after James marries Sarah 1771.
