Birth certificate date help. Thines Belgium

Can I ask if there is a year date on the certificate for Philippe Joseph Vanderbecq, if so where is it located on certificate. It should be circa 1700. Regards

I don't know whether boundaries have been redrawn, but this document is French rather than Belgian, and your hoped-for date is about 100 years too early.

The date is given in lines 3 and 4 according to the French Revolutionary Calendar:
Du vingt-huit jour du mois de messidor
l'an dix de la République française

There are various online calculators which will translate this to what the rest of Europe was using; the easiest one I found was at https://stevemorse.org/jcal/french.html

Enter the year (dix = 10), month (messidor) and day (vingt-huit = 28), and it gives 17 July 1802.

From 1795 to 1815  these territories were invaded and annexed by France ( and that's why the certificate is a french one  ( an dix de la république française).

Certificates, even today, are in French or Flemish (Vlaams).

Can I ask. Would there be any marriage record/certificate for Antoine Vanderbecq & Marie Philippine Godalier. The first child I have is Antoine Joseph Ghislaine Vanderbecq Thines 1792. Family Search earliest civil records seem to be 1799-1890? Or would it come under the church records?
