Probate Index Record - Further Records

I've just found someone who I think is related to my family in a set of Irish probate indexes on Ancestry (Samuel Cowin in 1845, probate was at Clonora, the diocese was Cashel - I descend from another Cowin who came from Clonora).  I'm not hugely familiar with Irish genealogy resources, I know that many records were lost in the fire at the main record office so am not hugely hopeful that anything has survived beyond this index entry.  But it had survived, where would I need to look?  Would it be the diocese archives, the county archives or the national archives for this location / time period?

Thanks so much for any guidance from anyone more knowledgeable about Irish records!

I'm afraid the news is not good, Samuel's copy will does not appear to fall within what are very few surviving books:

The Church of Ireland dealt with probate matters for people of all denominations until 1858. (Similar arrangements applied in England). Then in 1858 the probate court was established and took over responsibility. In Ireland the churches probate records were nearly all sent to the Public Record Office in Dublin, and were lost in the 1922 fire.  The abstract books (brief summaries such as you have found) were kept elsewhere and so have survived but in general no pre 1858 probate files exist. There are exceptions where some pre 1922 researcher has copied a will or where a duplicate existed in a solicitors office or in family papers.  For the Republic of Ireland those survivors are mostly found in the National Archives, Dublin or the National Library. (For Northern Ireland, they are in PRONI).

Well I've found an Act book of wills, administrations, marriage licences. Not on ancestry or on gaffy's link.
As we have seen before on RC there are extracts of some Irish wills in estate duty records.
