George Robertson birth

Hello

I am trying to track down a birth for a George Robertson abt 1875 in Birmingham.

Have tried FreeBDM, Ancestry and Family Search and cannot find anything.

His marriage certificate says his parents are George and Elizabeth (nee Rose).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What proof do you have that George was born in Birmingham?

What proof do you have that George was born in Birmingham?

His marriage certificate says he was born in Birmingham. But since I can find no records there I am really starting to doubt that he actually was.

Bride: Helen Dixon. Age: 21 Spinster. Born: Hamilton, NZ. Usual Residence: Hamilton, NZ. Parents: John Dixon (settler) and Clara Dixon nee Bradfield.

He was Presbyterian. Witnesses were Sarah and Ernest Morris. Sarah is Helen’s sister and Ernest, her husband.

All of those are their kids except for Sarah Dickson, John Dinwoodie and Mary Love.

There is one child missing from the list Kathleen Joyce born in 1921.
