Sapper EDWARD THOMAS LAWRY died on 23 Feb 1917 after service with the Royal Engineers. Aged 22, he was the son of Edward and Ann Lawry. He was born in Sancreed but the family were associated with addresses in Trewellard and Heamoor. His name appears on the war memorial in Pendeen and both his parents are buried at the Parish Church there - but no trace of Edward Thomas.
Can anyone tell me where Edward Thomas Lawry is buried? The objective of the search is to have his burial place commemorated as a War Grave. I live in the north of England and would be grateful for any help from those familiar with that part of Cornwall.
