Hi, is there anyone that can help me, I am looking for a person, that could possible still be alive but have been told has passed, but not confirmed. This is a search for a birth mother. Born in Liverpool in 1977 but lived in Birkenhead definitely in 1996 confirmed by birth certificate.  Private message me and I can give you more details. Thank you.

You can search Electoral Registers at www.192.com

If she married after 1996 you can search the GRO index at your local library to establish her married name

Hi, I have tried everthing, but no confirmation of either.  . It is a very sensitive topic. I’m have her birth and marriage but from there nothing.

If you have her married name - have you checked for any births to the marriage? 

I would be very wary of  trusting any info that she has died without obtaining proof.

Could she have divorced & remarried?
