How do you know he was born in Kirby Lonsdale if you don’t have a baptism for him?

Does the burial give his age to lead you to a birth in 1705  :-\.  I note the transcript has his name as Heaton.

Was the marriage at Kirkby Lonsdale

The information I have is from old papers from a relative written before modern searches began. I am hoping someone with a link to the Haytons may be able to help.

Yes Rosie - The only other info I have includes the names and some dates of children:
William b. 1731, Elizabeth b. 1733, Ann b. 1742, Mary b. 1747, John b. 1750, Esther b. 1752 and Edward b. 1755. Edward is stated as dying in 1817.
Thanks for your interest and help.

There is a burial in Kendal for an Edward Hayton in 1817 age 61 but that would tie in with an Edward who was baptised in Kendal c1758 with parents Bryan & Mary.

I can see transcripts for baptisms at Kirkby Lonsdale of
Agnes 1745
Mary 1747
Esther 1752
Edward 1755
parents Thomas & Elizabeth

I am not seeing the marriage you mention in K.L.
