You need to give some dates of the marriages.

I have asked the moderator to move your post to the Louth board

So George Fletcher died between 1890-1894.  Were there any children to that marriage - when was the last child born to help narrow down a timescale for his death?

William Carr presumably died between 1895-1904 - same question as above re children

Have you looked for Rose on the 1901 census under Carr to see if William was still alive at that time?   http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/

You don't give any birthyear or birthplace for Rose

If Thomas was born 1896 - surely he would have been Carr if Rose married William Carr in 1895?

The Rose Anne Coogan who married William Carr in 1896 in Belfast (see below) was a 22 year old spinster, other than having the same father's details, why do you think this is the same person as Rose Anne Coogan of the 1890 marriage - who was of full age)?

The Rose Coogan who married George Kemp in 1905 in Belfast (see below) was a 23 year old spinster, other than having the same father's details, why do you think this is the same person as Rose Anne Coogan who was of full age in the 1890 marriage or Rose Anne Coogan who was 22 in the 1896 marriage?
