I have my mother on the 1921
To minimise  cost I just got the image.
However on the image there is no address!

Scroll forward one page from your image for the address page.  You should get this for the fee you've already paid.

Absolutely right - address on next page and no extra charge.  BUT they don't tell you that - so I've now got two entries without addresses (and that was what I wanted)  :'(
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

Forgive me if I have misunderstood but the same thing happened to me with my first image download. You can go back to the two images you purchased and get the other available images.
