Sarah is "age 15, occupation Servant Domestic" on the 1901 Census - which is a reasonable" fit" with the Sarah aboard the Southwark.

The Toledo marriage can be viewed on Familysearch - Sarah's father's name "Hugh", which fits the 1910 marriage notice, "the late Hugh M Morren", in the Dufftown News and Speyside Advertiser.
