Uniform/cap badge ID

Hi All,

Very much a shot in the dark but would anyone be able to identify this uniform? I am trying to ID my GGF's unit (I fear he may be the one in drag), but I can't make out the cap badge. I believe it is of my GGF at camp in around 1905 (that's the date on the back). His unit would have been in South Wales

Thanks. His name was Alfred Jenkins, born in Swansea in 1875.

I have had a brief look but nothing is showing up for an Alfred born Swansea 1875. There are a lot of A. Jenkins and with middle initials, my Internet is running slow this evening, it is too late to spend time opening up each one in search of further information. I suspect his records are among the 69%-70% lost.

Perhaps someone else may have better luck for you.

That might make sense as he was a marine blacksmith by trade.
