WILLIAM KEAN SPALDING Black Watch

I am trying to locate the grave of WILLIAM KEAN SPALDING who died on 27 Sept 1918 after service with the Black Watch. It is understood that he was from Buckhaven and his name appears on the Buckhaven, Methil and Innerleven War Memorial.

Does anyone know where William Kean Spalding is buried?  I would be most grateful for any help.

He is just shown as William Spalding aged 22 on SP & shown under Service Returns

Nothing on the cwgc website - where did he actually die?

No birth on SP for a William Kean Spalding & the only William Spalding born Fife was 1900

Looks like he died in the Fife and Kinross Asylum

On admission to the Asylum in May 1917 he is shown as aged 43??

His WW1 Pension record confirms wife as Agnes Carmichael & marriage as 15.3.1912.  children Georgina & William.

Attested November 1914 aged 35 occ miner
