Could anyone point me towards books and articles written on the Irish National League in Liverpool c 1880-1900? I believe my 3x great grandfather was active in the organisation until his death in 1898, and I would like to gain a clearer picture of the UK activity.
My quest is slightly complicated by the fact that my relation's name was Daniel O'Connell, and so I find many references to THE Daniel O'Connell, and need to be cautious about the dates when the name comes up.
