I cannot see any birth or death registrations for Richard near to the years you mention.

If he had any children there will be a possibility they are still living, so it against the rules of this site that their details are posted unless they have died that is.

As ColC has stated, nothing is matching up with this information in the records.  No Richard died in 1958, no birth in 1928.

What are your sources?   At the moment nothing is adding up.

there's a Patrick Roy Pryor on the 1939 register in the Kerrier registration district, his death was registered in 2002 with a date of birth of 5 May 1921, but no birth reg in that name. There is however a birth reg for
Patrick Roy Persence june qtr 1921 Helston vol 5c pg 279 mmn Persence
and then a marriage reg
Mabel Persence dec qtr 1923 Helston vol 5c pg 391 to Richard Pryor

Death reg Mabel Pryor 1988 Kerrier gives date of birth of 10 Jan 1894. Probate record gives an address in Breage.

I think the marriage details posted by Osprey for Richard Pryor & Mabel Persence (1923) is the same Richard Pryor who previously was married to Ellen Jane Rosewarne, Ellen died 1922 and Samuel Coulson Pryor (the son of Richard & Ellen) is living with his step mother Mabel Pryor and her son Patrick.  Evie Persence age 24 died 8 Jul 1937
